EXHALE: AIR — Voice Wednesday, September 16th, 7:00 - 8:30pm $35, limit to 8 participants September’s Exhale explores Air through voice, authenticity, and expression. Through storytelling, gentle bodywork, guided meditation, breath, light singing bowls, and ritual, we’ll create space to reconnect with our own voices and what is waiting to be expressed.
