Prenatal Massage
Assists in drug free relief of symptoms in each trimester, such as edema, headaches, insomnia, muscle pain, stress relief & baby positioning, as well as pressure point stimulation for
full term labor. Massage can aid in soothing the emotional and physical weight of pregnancy.
Postpartum Massage
Massage within the first12 weeks after birth, may help balance hormones, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression and assist you in relationship with your body. Essential oils may be used to help stimulate or inhibit milk supply.
*Massage can be adapted if you need to be with your infant, as well as comfortable waiting areas available if a partner would like to wait close by with your baby.
